Commission of Youth & Charity
The Commission of Youth & Charity, also known as the Youth Exchange, is dedicated to promoting youth cultural exchange, cross-cultural communication, and international cooperation. It provides a platform for youth to learn and exchange ideas through cultural activities, exchange programs, and academic seminars, enriching their cultural experiences and global perspectives.

The Charity department is dedicated to social welfare and charitable endeavors. It raises resources through the SEED Youth Development Foundation, organizes charity events, and provides services to help vulnerable groups, promoting social progress and improving community environments.
